About Kids Korner

We offer preschool programs for children from the ages of 2 through 5 at Beall Elementary School in Frostburg and at Cash Valley Elementary School in LaVale. We also provide before and after school care for elementary school students at Beall and Cash Valley Elementary schools.

Our goals are:

To provide a planned program of developmentally appropriate activities in an effort to enhance school readiness for all children.
To provide a qualified, credentialed, experienced and caring staff.
To provide ongoing staff training and development.
To give access to our program to all children regardless of race, creed, or religious beliefs.
To provide a safe and attractive environment that stimulates a positive learning experience.
To maintain an open and honest communication with our staff and families.
In cooperation with the Judy Center, to help parents afford quality childcare through Judy Center scholarships.

Staff

Our staff is one of the most important things we can provide when caring for your child. All staff are hired according to their qualifications, ability, character, and caring attitude. Each staff member is required to participate in the Childcare Credentialing Program. Each staff member will serve as a role model for your child and will help create a positive, developmentally appropriate learning environment in our center.

Services Provided

We accept children from 2 to 12 years of age. We provide a nutrional breakfast and snack. Each child needs to bring a packed nutritional lunch daily.
